I'm doing some tests locally on my PC and I'll give you my thoughts:
I noticed that on the pages that compose a "list" the "MEDIA" button is not available, is this behavior correct?
My thought is that this functionality could also be useful on the sub-pages of a list.
The "Remove All ... Images" button appears only for a number of images greater than 3.
I see that the images for each individual page are archived in the path "/userfiles/pagesmedia/...randomfolder.../" I think that having the possibility of defining a customizable storage path for each individual page could be useful (optional otherwise by default it uses the random path).
Last thing but perhaps not really on topic, is that the "Upload multiple files to this folder" of the QS filemanager does not work anymore (I think for the swf no longer supported by recent browsers), it would be nice to have the same functionality for file uploads as you did for media.

I just added the media button for the list items. I face a issue in responsive mode, so this needs some tweaking.

The images are stored in /userfiles/qspagemedia/ID of the page.

I know about the broken multifile uploader. Yes, it would be a good thing to get it fixed in QS4.4.

Meantime I fixed the responsive mode and I added this media plugin to list items. You can now have a list page with list items each showing their own galleries.

I somehow try to mimick the "text and image" block in WordPress, a block that I've used a lot lately in some WP sites.
